hey took NAPFA durin pe...it was okok la....did sit n reach, incline pull up n shuttle run....did sit n reach 1st n wasnt tat gd 2 mi...onli did like 39 cm lol.......): but didnt expect much though....for incline was okok did onli 15 when i planned to do like 20+ sobs.....for shuttle run veri funny....sihui ran den fell on her butt hahahar hahahahr LMAO hahar my turn came and i didnt expect my shoe to be loose lor...so when i ran, half way i was sayin argh...my shoe coming of hahar so funny lor but gt 11sec flat.. redid again n got 10.8 sec nt bad la.....da rest of da day was sweaty n sticky ewwwwwwwwwwwwww.................... had POA spot test which i am so gonna flunk n had maths test....which i think i alreadi lost like 10 out of 20 marks lol...........den slpt durin da rest of maths lesson cause so tired lol....ok do wk liao.....so guai rite lol bb(: TC curie(:
